A good portrait celebrates you, the subject. It shows the true you, in the best light possible. You are like no one else, and that's what makes you so wonderful.

I've shot photos of singers, models, comedians, authors, and filmmakers. They're exciting, creative people, and getting to spend time with them is a real rush. But it's also a rush to connect with everyday people, to get a glimpse into what's interesting about them, what makes them singular. 

I think portraits are my favorite photos of all.
